Registration
- Each Institution, ENCG in Kenitra and ESAN in Campo Grande, defines, according to its own criteria, the terms and conditions that will be applied to the participants that it expects to invite. In turn, it is up to the partner institution to choose its terms and conditions, including the type of registration, the registration fee and payment modalities, within the established conference dates.
- Neither the institutions, ENCG in Kenitra and ESAN in Campo Grande, nor any committee member of the ICGEF’22 are remunerated for their work.

- Registered participants will be able to pick up their name badge at the conference Registration Service Desk in Campo Grande.
- Upon written request, Registration Service Desk will assist registered participants by providing a Letter of Invitation to their email address.

- Registered participants will be able to pick up their name badge at the conference Registration Service Desk in Kenitra.
- Upon written request, Registration Service Desk will assist registered participants by providing a Letter of Invitation to their email address.
Registration Fees for participation in Kenitra:
- Upon request, a formal letter of invitation may be issued by the ICGEF’22.
- Registration to the in-person event in Kenitra covers access to the scientific sessions for two days, lunches and coffee breaks. The social dinner is optional and can be booked online.
- Lunches served at the conference venue.
- Hotel accommodation and Transport expenses are not included in the registration fees and have to be paid by the participants.
- A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a government accredited/recognized institution of higher learning and must be enrolled in a full-time course. Students must provide concurrently with the Registration Form a copy of the student identification card (or equivalent) confirming their status as full-time students and the degree program they are enrolled in.
- The registration fee covers only the conference incurred costs.
- Register well before the 20 September 2022 in order to benefit from Registration rates.

Payment Information:
- Upon request, a formal letter of invitation may be issued by the ICGEF’22.

- Preform bank transfer and please make sure to include your name and (if possible) the payment information in the text field regarding the purpose of the transfer.
- Upon payment of registration fees, your attendance at the conference will be confirmed.
